Beyond Support Network offers a multi-tier approach to preparing and providing supports for individuals with disabilities seeking employment opportunities.

We take a person-centered approach in offering services to meeting individuals’ employment needs. All employment services aim to maximize independence and support individuals in being productive members of their community. Referrals for services should be made through your Medicaid service coordinator.

Supported Employment

Supported Employment offers an individual the opportunity to search for and obtain a job in the community while earning a competitive wage.

Community Prevocational Services

Community Prevocational Services offers integrated community based work opportunities and individualized supports to assist people in acquiring the skills and work habits needed to be a successful employee.

Vocational Evaluations

Assessments designed to identify vocational strengths and interests to provide a focused approach to job development and training

School Transition

Designed to help students successfully bridge the gap or move from high school to college or employment. Provides support to help students identify goals and to make them into a reality. Assists with skill development to achieve success in post-secondary life.
